Always blend your edges. And then blend some more. Check your blush in natural light. In the evening apply a little extra or a more striking color to compensate for artificial lights. -
If you have puffy eyelids don't use iridescent or pearled shadows in light colors or white. Use softer, matte colors. -
You can go over too much blush with a little dual finish powder to soften -
To cover blemishes using a brush, stroke a little concealer and no-color powder onto the brush and then apply to the blemish. It will stay better. -
For more mature skin use iridescent shades sparingly and mostly on lid but never in a crepy area of the eye or cheek.
